Nothing.

Very impersonal staff and almost unfriendly.

Very poor customer service from check-in to checkout. Staff makes you feel more like a number than a guest.

The convenience of public transportation.

The rooms were dated and the shower temperature was unpredictable.

This resort was located in a nice area; however, the rooms were a bit dated and the pools did not offer enough for children. When we first arrived two out of the three slides were closed for repair and the kid friendly pool was too small to accommodate a family for 1 week. Hotel staff were very accommodating, the maid service was excellent.

The bartenders at theoutside bar on the beach weren't very friendly.

We had a marvelous time at the Paradise Village. It was our first time out of the country and they made us very comfortable. We can't wait to experience more of what has to offer next year.
